Since the beginning of its activities in September 2015, the Higher Education Development Project implemented in the Ministry of Higher Education has had a decent progress in facilitating access to and improvement of the quality of higher education in Afghanistan, where more attention is concentrated on the achievement of the DLIs. With the coordination received from Operation and Monitoring Support Team, the HEDP/MoHE has its steps on the journey to success and effective project implementation.
